Rural-Urban Divide

This divide is due to the Absense of Infrastructure in Rural India and a failure of indian Nation Building.

    Ravi, nice to come across topics like Rural-Urban divide. I'm sure you would have thought of narrowing this divide. Can you share your thoughts as to how best this divide can be narrowed down....it would be interesting to know those ideas!!
